I often asked such a thing myself.
I think there are various things comming together that form such a situration.
- Is the mom open about sex from the very beginning or reclusive? (aka, telling young teenager what flowers and bees really means or letting it the school biology class do it)
- Does she ever talk about being a porn star at all, or keep it a secret?
- Does she tell her child itself or let it find out of his/her own? (i think most horrible scenario is that other classmates find out and tease said child with it)
