Sorry for the long wait, guys, but I have some bad news...

Google Drive and Dropbox were taking forever to upload the files. We looked into alternative methods of getting everything out there to everyone who requested but it just proved to be too costly.

At the end of the day, my fiance just wanted it gone so I deleted it off my harddrive out of respect for her wishes. My deepest apologies to everyone looking forward to the content.
